Student who raped his girlfriend to death, sentenced to death by hanging

A High Court sitting in Akure, Ondo state has sentenced to death the killer boyfriend Chukwudi Onweniwe of an HND student of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo, Nifemi Adeyeoye to death by hanging. Chukwudi Onweniwe was dragged before the court in May 22 2017 on a four count charge of action endangering life, kidnapping and abduction, rape and murder. . According to the Prosecutor, Jumoke Ogunjebi said the accused person abducted the deceased and took her “to a farm near Alayere, Ogbese, raped her and then snuffed life out of her by choking and strangulating her to death. The police prosecutor, Inspector John Aderibigbe said that one of the motorcyclists who testified in the case reported the suspicious movement of the accused person and the deceased at the police station.  Aderibigbe said that the case was later transferred to Special Anti Cultism Squad in Akure. Students of University of Ilorin who took oath of matriculation in less than 48hrs has proven to be unfaithful with their oath. This is as a result of their actions at the university park between the hours of 19:00 to 20:00. The students who couldn't pay the sacrifice of being patient put on the actions as against the rules and identity of the university by breaking the door of a commercial vehicle popularly called kórópe and the window of another vehicle.

However, members of the Students' Union who were present have tried all possible best to calm the situation and urged the students to exercise patience but all to no avail. The university security officers upon arrival at the park caught some students red handed while trying to bully a driver and rushing into his commercial bus.

Meanwhile, a student had earlier been arrested by a security officer after smashing a pipe on a fellow students (cadet).  As a result of the above, all korope drivers have parked their vehicles as more than twenty korope were seen parked in front of the Students' Union Building (SUB).

Full video download✅ Approximately 9pm today at the university of Ilorin, an incident transpired between a bus driver and some students. A video was sent to us showing a driver harassing a student who was struggling to get on the bus, thus causing the student to act out, the student was jacked up and had his cloth torn by the bus driver causing other male students to stir up trouble as they were threatening to beat up the driver, but the stubborn driver started ranting that he was going to beat up everyone of them, then immediately struggle between the driver and another student who in return was also threatening the driver, things became ugly fast as people started trying to separate them from fighting as one of the student present started pulling the driver away from the angry students in order for them to calm down, following an old woman who also came to beg to students to leave the driver alone! #CampusVibe24 Full Video ⬇⬇⬇⬇ Follow Campusvibe24 ff more updates
